1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Verdanter UK offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Verdanter Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date for any reason.

2. Renewals

For subscription renewals, you may request a refund within 14 days of the renewal charge if you have not made substantial use of the renewed term. Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals; cancellation alone does not generate a refund of the current term.

3. How to Request a Refund

Our orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled directly by Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net, locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, and submit a refund request, or
• Contact Verdanter UK with your order details and we will help you process the request with Paddle.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right of withdrawal under UK or EU consumer law.
